New eTool users receive a complimentary 30-minute onboarding session with our LCA coaches, ensuring a smooth start. During this session, we’ll set up your organisation portal and add your team members (if applicable), and provide a relevant example projects for you to explore and more—helping your team quickly get up to speed.
Online Training Courses
We strongly recommend our users to complete the eTool Online Training Course. It offers a comprehensive overview of how to navigate eTool and understand the full capabilities to measure, improve, verify and report on the environmental performance of building and infrastructure projects.
For beginners, the course covers the functionalities of eTool, providing a basic understanding of how to optimise environmental impacts of your project. Advance to the Intermediate course to gain deeper insights into low carbon design principles, analysis and reporting features and more.
