International Transfer Agreements
To ensure that EU and UK data subjects are protected by low local privacy laws Cerclos maintains International Transfer Agreements. All Cerclos group companies are signatories to these International Transfer Agreements. In some rare cases our suppliers, partners and sub-contractors must also store or process personal data in order for Cerclos to support and maintain our software. These entities are also either bound by International Transfer Agreements, Corporate Binding Rules or other mechanisms that ensure users are protected by GDPR and UK GDPR.
