We are very excited to share the news regarding the recent evolution of our company. We are pleased to let you know that our company will change names from eTool to Cerclos on 13 February 2023.
This name change has come about for a few reasons:
- It allows us to differentiate our brand name from our signature product eToolLCD, which will be renamed to eTool.
- In 2022, we underwent a large expansion project, we took on new investors, expanded our team and the regions we operate in to meet the global demand for net zero carbon.
- It will allow us to present ourselves as the most innovative and trusted sustainability software company worldwide.
- We recognise the growing need for solutions to decarbonise the built form and want to ensure that we are best equipped to market our superior products to meet this demand.
As part of this company rebranding effort, Cerclos and its two superior softwares, will be adopting new logos that better express our range of brand offerings and our one service brand will be adopting a new name.
Our leading life cycle design software, eToolLCD will be updated to eTool, our Service team will be branded as Net Zero Innovation Centre, and RapidLCA will remain the same.
It’s worth noting this change is not accompanied with a change of ownership. It will not affect or delay any existing subscriptions and service agreements. Our billing addresses, business numbers and invoicing information, will all remain the same. Moving forward, expect all forms of correspondence to have the name Cerclos.
Our commitment to our customers and partners will remain our highest priority to achieve low carbon projects in the built environment.
